Coxiprol 250ml

Coxiprol is an effective treatment against the major strains of Coccidiosis that can infect poultry. Coccidiosis is a parasite that lives in the soil that can effect Chickens and Turkeys and is picked up through dirty pens, droppings mixing in food or water source and also stress can bring on an outbreak.

As immature poultry have not yet built up an immunity, Cocci can be fatal to young poultry, or greatly affect their long-term health/maturation.

Keep an eye out for changes in your flock’s behaviour or appearance. These signs can indicate coccidiosis, which can be serious if not addressed. Adult birds may also be affected during times of stress or lowered immunity.

• Lethargy or sleepiness
• Runny or unusual droppings
• Blood in droppings
• Reduced appetite or thirst
• Fluffed‑up feathers
• Pale combs

Active Ingredient: 10% Amprolium

Administer as per directions on the bottle.  Typically use 20ml of Coxiprol  per 10 litres of water for 5–7 days, ensuring this is the only water source available during treatment. A follow‑up period is usually recommended.  Always read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions carefully to ensure correct use. Seek veterinary advice if there are no signs of imorovement or signs get worse.

Witholding

There is a withholding period of 10 days for eggs and 5 days for meat after the last treatment.
