Within Auckland, we calculate your courier fees. Outside of Auckland, please use "Calculate Shipping & send me an Invoice" or alternatively, email and we can reply with a shipping quote for your best available rate.
Shipping is not free. If you are outside our courier’s Auckland delivery area, or if your items are oversize, then the courier charges will need to be manually calculated for your delivery address.
Please place your order by selecting “Please Calculate Shipping and Send Me An Invoice” in the cart. Because of the variety of items we sell, and the courier charges being variable by weight and location, we are currently unable to automatically calculate these during the checkout stage of your order. As a small business we are unable to apply a one-size-fits-all nationwide fee.
We will search for the best shipping rate for you from our courier providers and send you an invoice within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If unsatisfied with the courier costs, you can cancel your order or amend your order. We will refund any payments made via the shopping cart, if you have paid for the products but were awaiting shipping costs.
Please note that courier providers assign specific boundaries within towns as Rural Delivery. You do not have to have an RD address to incur Rural Delivery charges. (Upper north island courier fees increase at 15kg, and south island increases significantly for anything over 10kg).
You are welcome to email us directly at [email protected] with your address and the items you wish to purchase, and we can provide a quote directly to you. We may also recommend other suppliers who stock products closer to your location to reduce your shipping costs.
Live birds will not be couriered and are for pick-up only from our Glenbrook shop.
Hatching Eggs may be sent via courier, and we will package as securely as we can.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] with your query and we’ll be happy to do our best to resolve any issue you might have. Please let us know if you have opened the item, as we do require most returns to be in an unused or resaleable condition.
If your item was delivered damaged, please email us a photo as soon as you identify the damage, so we can determine where it was damaged during the delivery process and also arrange returning the goods to us and sending you a replacement.
Brinsea Incubators have a specific time-based warranty. Please contact us with your the name of the Brinsea product and the serial number, so we can check against your purchase date and arrange repair or replacement if the warranty is still valid.
Woven porous feed bags will be shipped in a plastic bag to protect from general wet weather.
